Carageenan

※ Carrageenan is a natural polysaccharide hydrophilic colloid extracted from red algae seaweed.

※ Carrageenan has strong gel-forming ability, high viscosity and solubility, and has satisfactory elasticity and transparency. It can be used as a gelling agent, thickener, stabilizer and suspending agent.

※ It is widely used in meat products, sweet foods, dairy beverages, pet food, medicine and daily chemicals.
